AllFocus Inc ("AllFocus," "we" or "us") operates http://allfocus.com and AllFocus native application software hosted by a messaging application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application".

To collect message data for communicating between our Application users to provide services offered by our Application, which is stored in the messaging host application on respective devices.

Our software offerings are native applications, your Personal Information, usage data, and message data are secure for the following reasons:

To store your Application data only on your own devices with local or iCloud access managed by servers from Apple of Mountain View, CA with privacy and security guaranteed by Apple's two-factor encryption on messages, terms and conditions, and privacy policy;

|
|
|
|
|
To grant your permission to provide the Application with access to other services (such as photos and contacts) is required for using more features; and
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
To protect your Application data by storing it in a secured appgroup folder which no other application can access.

Generally, we use Personal Information, usage data and message data for internal purposes only. We do NOT sell or rent information about you or research your data anonymously to improve the services. We share your Personal Information only with third parties having good privacy policies in the following conditions:

To contract with third parties to host the web server for our AllFocus website (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, and database management). In these cases, we will use reasonable efforts to prevent such third parties from disclosing your Personal Information, except for the purpose of providing the services in question.
